MAXIMUM LIABILITY: $250,000/$500,000; Property Damage $300,000*

REQUIREMENTS
FOR BOATS
OVER 10 YEARS OF AGE:
All boats: Submit 2 photographs (no exceptions)
and
All boats 25 feet or more: Submit Marine Survey*
(no exceptions)
*A Marine Survey is an unbiased report conducted by a certified marine surveyor to determine the condition and value of a boat's hull and equipment. The Marine Survey is to be provided by the insured at their expense. Survey should be reviewed by Underwriter prior to binding.

LENGTH OF BOAT: 30 feet (maximum) for powerboats
38 feet (maximum) for houseboats, sailboats, pontoons

SECURITY:
If at apartment, condo or
mobile home residence
Must be stored in a secure/locked area, and
Submit photo depicting storage arrangements
If at a home Garaged or under cover

REPAIR COST OPTION: Now included as part of boat policy

PRIOR INSURANCE: Must have continuous coverage
where need for coverage exists;
Declarations Page and/or experience letter may be required

LOSS HISTORY: One weather-related loss in the past three years;
other losses, including theft, liability and collision,
are not eligible

EXPERIENCE: Principal operator must be a minimum of 25 years of age
with a minimum of three years boating experience

WATER SKIING: Two operators who meet operator experience

DRIVING RECORD:
If MVR not available in state One incident* per household in the past three years
If MVR is available in state PFM 1-3: One incident* per operator,
two incidents* per household
(Maximum of 1 at-fault accident)
PFM 4 and/or
Nonstandard Auto:
Ineligible
*An incident is defined as a minor violation, at-fault accident or not-at-fault accident.
Major violations of any kind are not acceptable.
